.032" thick AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). Used between bearing housing and transmission case. OEM replacement reference 35654-06, 35654-06A. Cometic's AFM gaskets are made with an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistant to over 250°F (122°C). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention.
