Thank you for visiting and shopping at Aftermarket Custom Parts. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Orders are processed within 7-10 business days, unless delays (such as product not on stock, or deliveries outside of Europe). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Aftermarket Custom Parts is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Aftermarket Custom Parts is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

You have 14 days (from receipt of the items) to form an opinion. In the event of an exchange or refund, return the new item(s) in its original packaging, intact, together with any accessories, instructions for use and documentation to the following address: AQCETURE Hellingbaan 202, 1033 DB, Amsterdam, Netherlands.

1. 1. Products can only be returned if they are still in their original condition and packaging. Used or installed products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund.

   2. Request your Return Authorization Number and by emailing contact@aftermarket-custom-parts.com with detailed reason for return and pictures or a video of the product that supports your reason.

   3. To assure your refund please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.

   4. Upon the receipt of your package, your products will be examined and a refund for the product price (with the exception of shipping and return costs) will be issued to your original method of payment. A refund receipt will be emailed to the email address you used when making your original purchase. The refund is due within a maximum of 30 days after receiving the product.
