Bad battery or starter cables usually cause starting problems. There can be a huge voltage drop due to bad cable, poor connection of the cable to the grommet, or the connection between the grommet and the user. Therefore, battery cables should be checked regularly and replaced if necessary. These battery cable kits allow you to make low resistance, high quality cable at any length. These kits are ideal for custom bike builders and anyone else wanting to use a different battery model or wanting to relocate the battery holder. The kits come with classic copper cable with a highly insulating black coating. Our handy workshop kits contain 5 meters of battery cable and a shatterproof plastic box with 10 grommets with 1/4" grommets, 10 grommets with 5/16" grommets and 10 black shrink sockets to give your cables the finishing touch personalized. Battery cables are available separately in 5 meter length. Grommets and heat shrink tubing are available separately in packs of 10.
