Cycle of electric stators

It took years of constant upgrading for Cycle Electric to develop its stator line. They start with a higher temperature insulation system capable of withstanding temperatures above 600°F (316 Celsius). Others fail at 425°F (218 Celsius). This thinner insulation allows for better heat transfer and better magnetic coupling. They then wind each stator using a precision needle winder. This improves consistency, heat transfer and magnetic coupling. Better heat transfer means cooler operating temperatures. Better magnetic coupling gives improved efficiency across the entire rev range. This also reduces battery drain while idling. Cycle Electric also uses premium plug materials. When replacing a stator on Evolution and Shovelheads, you need to compare the plug type to see which system is currently in use. If in doubt, replace the entire system as a whole. Twin Cam models use the same plug on multiple systems, so comparing plugs won't work. All Cycle Electric Inc. stators are backed by our two-year warranty.
