Used for tightening head bolts, after which an additional torque angle is required. After tightening to recommended torque, attach flexible clamp to any fixed object. Loosen dial screw and set rotating pointer to zero. Re-tighten dial screw and tighten bolt with a 1/2" drive ratched to specification.
