.032" thick AFM (Aluminum Foamet Material). AFM gaskets are made with an aluminum core with a chemically blown, compounded nitrile synthetic thin foam-like rubber layer bonded to both sides. Temperature resistance of over 250°F (122°C). AFM rubber has a 85% recovery while maintaining strong torque retention. Re-torqueing, gasket sealers or silicone beads are not required. OEM replacement reference 25225-36C. Note: Cometic advises to use .032" thickness AFM to help minimize effecting camshaft end play. / Fitment: 41-69 Big Twin (NU)
