These kits convert the 1986-1987 XL1100 and 1988-2022 XL1200 Sportster to 1250cc. No machining or rebalancing is necessary. Kit contains 3 9/16" forged flat pistons with treated skirts, 3 9/16" SandS cylinders, MLS head gaskets, base gaskets, exhaust gaskets, lubricant assembly and instructions. Can be used on XL883 models when installed with XL1200 cylinder heads.
