Compu-fire high performance ignition modules

Compu-Fire ignition modules use the latest technology to provide the best ignition systems available for use on 1970-1999 Harley-Davidson Big Twins and 1971-2003 Sportsters. Problems associated with (former) Electronic ignitions from other brands were identified and eliminated. Compu-Fire ignitions are reliable, tunable and super efficient to provide years of trouble-free, high-performance driving. Compu-Fire ignition systems eliminate the "black box" of OEM and some aftermarket systems, choosing to include all necessary electronics within the nose cone. For added convenience and precision, a static time light is integrated! This simplifies installation and allows for quick and easy static synchronization. These modules work with the original mechanical advance unit and have no rev limiter for increased performance in all driving conditions. Installation on 1980 and later models with OEM electronic ignition requires separate purchase of a mechanical advance unit. For use with coils with a primary resistance of 2-3 Ohm.
