Forged from 8620 steel, heat-treated, and then shot-peened for additional strength and protection from fatigue, these roller rocker arms were designed to eliminate failure-prone stress areas found in some other rockers. Most rockers come equipped with 1/2" long bushings or needle bearings, however these utilize 50% longer 3/4" long bronze bushings. The end result is claimed by SandS to be the finest rocker arm available anywhere. It is highly recommended to install these roller rocker arms with new shafts. The use of adjustable push rods is a must.
