The handlebar portion of the Biltwell Tyson XL is 0.120" (3mm) seamless 4130 chromoly and tapered from 1Â 1/8" (28.6mm) on center to 1" (25.4mm) at the ends. This Biltwell handlebars are precision bored, notched and CNC machined after tapering to accept Harley-Davidson throttle-by-wire assemblies and hand controls with internal wiring. Vertical posts measure 1 1/4" (31.8 mm) in diameter and are TIG welded to the handlebars for added beauty. and strength. These posts are located on 3.5" wide centers to fit most stock and some aftermarket HD upper shafts, and feature TIG welded internal mounting caps that accept bolts 1/2-13 UNC mount on motorcycle., 12" rise, chrome, dimple style B
