Converts chain drive to sprocket drive which eliminates chains and tensioners. This also gives distribution without wearing pads.
Easy Start cams start any engine regardless of their cylinder or compression ratio using your stock starter. Therefore, they save your starter and battery. They work automatically, no buttons to push. Both cam exhaust lobes are fitted with a compression spring at the point where the valve should normally be fully closed. The lobe keeps the exhaust valve slightly open when starting which releases some of the compression, making the engine much easier to run. Once the engine starts and the rpm increases, the decompression lobe is centrifugally retracted and the engine runs normally without any loss of performance. Easy Start cams have been tested for 100,000 cumulative starts and over 150,000 miles of driving without any failure.
SandS Camshaft Chain Kits include all sprockets, front and rear cams, cover gasket, bearings, circlips, O-ring, brake thread and instructions. For those who already have a gear distribution and just want to change to Easy Start and/or schematic cams we also have the cams alone.

Notes.
Stock valve springs on 1999 thru 2004 Twin Cams only support a maximum lift of .515" and stock valve springs on 2005-2017 Twin Cams up to .590". OES and 557 cams can be installed using the stock rods. However, we recommend the SandS Quickee Adjustable ZPN752108 for easy installation of all SandS cameras.

Original Equipment Specifications (OES) A stock replacement cam for stock engines. Does not require adjustment. Bolted stock. Equivalent to OEM cam A.

Cam 509.
Stock fitment and high torque for 1999-2006 models. 180PSI compression start, no need for decompression. For 88CI engines with stock compression ratio. 0-4500 rpm.

Cam 510.
Designed for stock mounting for 88, 95, and 96CI with compression ratio lower than 9.7.1 for prepared or unprepared cylinder heads and stock or performance valve springs with less than 160 lbs of seat pressure. 3000-5500 rpm.

Cam 551.
Designed for engines from 96 to 106 CI and 9. 1 to 9.9. 1 compression for stock or lightly modified touring. Not recommended for compression ratios of 10.1 or greater. Significantly improve low and mid revs, strongest at lower idle at 4000 rpm.

Cam 557.
For 2009 pre sent Tri Glide, stock fitment, small diagram to give more torque. Use the original rods.

Cam 570.
For 88 to 103 CI engines with compression between 9.1 and 10.1, stock assembly and gives power everywhere. 3200-5700 rpm. Excellent cam that gives power everywhere for all 103".

Cam 583.
Optimized for use in Softails and Dynas, gives power everywhere and torque that you will feel power everywhere, exactly where you want it. from 1500-5000 rpm. Stock assembly.

585 cam.
Designed for 88 to 106 CI engines with 9.7.1 to 10.5.1 compression and 106 to 124 CI engines with 9.1 to 10.1 compression. This cam gives full power and torque from 3000 rpm and holds up to the red zone. Excellent from 3500-6000 rpm for 88" to 103" engines and 2500-5500 rpm for larger engines.

625 cam. strong>Cams designed for engines of 95" or more and compression ratio between 10.0 and 10.75.1, well from 3000 to 6000 rpm.

Cam 640.
Used © in T124 SandS engines this cam gives horses! Intended for engines of 95CI or greater with compression ratio of 10.5.1 to 11.5.1. Ranges from 3000-6000 rpm.

Cam 675.
A high lift monster, this cam is designed for engines 120" or larger with at least 11.1 of compression ratio. 4500-6500 rpm.

MR103 cam.
Designed as a cam with stock mounting on 2012 and above 103CI engines with stock compression ratio 9.7 .1 up to 10.5.1. Works well with stock cylinder heads but especially prepared ones, best results from 2500-5500 rpm. Direct fitment.

HP 103 cam. strong> Designed as a stock replacement on 103CI engines from 2012 and after stock compression from 9.7.1 up to 10.5.1. Works well with stock cylinder heads but especially those pre Ideal for light or racing motorcycles or to obtain the most power of a stock engine is imperative. Better power in the higher rpm range, 3000-6000rpm. Stock fitment.

635HO cam.
High lift cam for modified engines with 106" or more cylinder and compression between 10.0. 1 and 11.0.1. Works well with stock cylinder heads but prepared ones are recommended. Best power from 3000-6000 rpm. High-lift stations are required.
