ZODIAC FORKS BY MUPO

Mupo has developed the ultimate fork for American V-Twin motorcycles. These precision-manufactured units feature chrome-moly fork tubes, machined aluminum alloy lowers, hard-anodized fork tube shock absorber rods with tubes Smooth clear or black anodized uppers and wheel axle supports. Mupo Srl. in Italy specially manufactures these forks for Zodiac. The triple clamps are machined from a block of aluminum and are mirror polished after machining, and the black version is black anodized after polishing. Forks are available with triple clamps with an angle of 0 degrees, 3 degrees or 6 degrees. They feature integrated caliper brackets for 2000 to present style calipers and are designed for use with 11andnbsp.1/2" single or Can be used with most stock or aftermarket single or dual brake calipers.

Fork oil change
For 'road uselight oil SAE 10
For extreme or racing conditions. SAE 12.5 or 15

Drain the forks completely, remove the fork springs. Install the tubes and
completely compress the fork. Remove the air by moving the outer tube 10 to 20 times slowly up and down. Fill the compressed forks with fork oil to 100mm below the rim and install the fork springs and upper nuts.

Note. The handlebar silent-block rubbers must be shortened for a correct fit.
